Susan A. Hall
Susan A. Hall, RN, MN, MHSA, ND, PhD, serves on the Board of Directors for the American Holistic University. She is also the Owner/Practitioner of her own natural health business.
Earning her Naturopathic Doctorate (ND) in 2007, and her Doctorate of Philosophy in Natural Health (Ph.D.) in 2010, Susan also authored the book, Your Circle of Health- A Holistic Reference Guide to Natural Health, published in 2010.
Susan is an experienced registered nurse, working for over forty years in various health care settings. In addition to her five degrees, she is certified as a Natural Health Practitioner along with other certifications in Health Care Quality (CPHQ), Case Management (CCM), and as Developmental Disability Nurse (CDDN). Susan is also affiliated with the American Association of Drugless practitioners (AADP), and the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists (NATH).
Her experience in strategic planning and Implementation, data analysis and financial planning, organizational development, and quality and regulatory compliance resulted in her being awarded a letter of commendation from the Washington D.C. Medical Director of ResCare, and a silver plaque from the vice-president of operations in the Northern Region of ResCare, Inc., for administrative accomplishments in Washington, D.C.
A motivational speaker on wellness with focus on: food combinations, pH balanced foods, foods based on blood type, fun exercise, mind building and spiritual techniques, Susan's assessments include the hair mineral tissue analysis from Trace Elements Company, and muscle testing responses. She also performs and enjoys iridology readings.
Community involvement includes: Natural Health Academic Advisor for Curriculum and Course Development for American Holistic University (AHU Online); Parish Nursing Ministry; Eucharistic minister for Pope John Paul II St. Louis University; Cursillo involvement; Team Leader for the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) Convention; Advisory Board Member of Long Term Acute Care Hospitals- JCAHO ORYX Development; American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and loaned executive for the United Way of Southwestern Indiana.
